Work is currently underway within the company to harmonize the compensation policy. Over the coming year, we intend to conduct an initial salary adjustment campaign, in line with market salaries.

In line with the current work being undertaken on remuneration policy, the institution is committed to prioritizing the remuneration of female employees returning from maternity leave and giving them priority in our efforts to harmonize remuneration policy.
